Mulch Fundraiser- Saturday, February 24th. Please join us and help oversee the loading of mulch onto vehicles. GREAT NEWS - you just supervise. Our amazing, young, and strong bands kids do the heavy lifting!

We also need as many DRIVERS as possible - especially if you have a truck, SUV, van etc. Have access to a trailer? Even better! (all deliveries are within a few miles of the school)

Prop Truck Driver- This sign up is for someone to drive the props truck! On all contest days we will need someone to drive the truck that holds all of our props. Be part of the grand caravan that gets our precious cargo there in style.

Prop Assembley- This sign up is for the prop assembly crew. Once the props truck arrives onsite on contest days, we need a team of volunteers to swoop and and get those props put together and show-ready! This job would be do-able for anyone driving the props truck (see the other sign up!), chaperones (buses and props truck arrive at the same time), or for anyone planning to meet us there when the caravan arrives.

Game Chaperones- Chaperones ride the buses with the band to the venue. Once there you stay with the students, sit near them in the stands and help escort small groups to the restroom when needed. During half-time, chaperones refill water bottles as needed. Chaperones get into the game for free and don’t need to hassle with parking or traffic.

Pit Crew- The Pit Crew is with the band just before and after the performance. You meet the band at the venue and help assemble props, roll equipment to the field, etc. You don’t need to be extra strong or have any band/performance knowledge. Just show up ready to have fun and be part of a great team. Pit Crew members get into the game/contest for free.

Meal Server- If a game or contest falls on a school day, we serve meals to the students just before they leave campus. Volunteers distribute the food – pizza, sandwiches, etc. Meal service shifts are short, but an important part of readying our kids for a performance.

Contest Chaperones- Chaperones ride the buses with the band to the venue. Once there you stay with the students, sit near them in the stands, help escort small groups to the restroom, and refill water bottles as needed. Chaperones get into the contest for free and don’t need to hassle with parking or traffic. Contests are a fun way to see other area high school bands perform.
